Mamalú is a Chilean brand, which makes all its garments by hand in the south of Chile, specifically in Valdivia. Women housewives are in charge of giving life to these unique creations.
Mamalú prints its own motifs on fabric to make each of its garments, so there will be no other fabric in the world like it. In addition, all our fabrics have the Oeko-Tex-Standard 100 certification, which certifies that the fabrics do not contain substances hazardous to health.
The short sleeve body builder design is made with a vegetable fiber such as cotton, which mixed with lycra, makes it elastic, soft and of excellent quality. Of course we take care that the fabric does not form specks, deform or fade. This bodysuit is perfect to wear in the summer and show off the beautiful design.
The elasticity of the fabrics allows your child to move freely and feel very comfortable all day long. The shoulder snaps allow the head to pass through without any problems. Similarly, there are two snaps at the crotch for changing diapers. As all the fabrics of the bodysuit are elastic, in the legs area it fits perfectly to all children, skinny, chubby, big, small, etc.

This short sleeve body builder design bodysuit is made of 95% cotton and 5% elastane. It can be machine washed in cold water with similar colors. Don’t forget to wash it inside out to prevent the snaps from hitting the washing machine drum. If you put it in the dryer it may shrink a little. You can use the cold air setting on your dryer and it will keep its original size.
Personally, I always wash all the colored clothes with a color collector wipe, it’s a great way to keep the faded clothes from staining the clothes that are in the same wash. You just put a wipe inside the washing machine and it absorbs all the colors that could come off from other clothes. In Chile they sell the German brand “Dr. Beckmann” available in several supermarkets.
