Warranty and Return Policies
Exchange due to dissatisfaction with the product before 10 days:
If the purchased item fails to fulfill your expectations and you would like to return or exchange it, you may do so before the 10 working day period, starting from the arrival date of the product at your address (following the Consumer Protection Law, art. 3rd Bis).
Just send us an email to [email protected] and we will send you the intructions on how to proceed.
A friendly reminder that you should consider: a product will be eligible for a return or exchange if it appears in good condition and without any signs of use or wear, presenting all their original tags and packaging in a perfect good condition.
Please be aware that all shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
A 3 Month Warranty:
Should a product present any manufacturing defect, within the 3 month period of your purchase, you should return the product along with your proof of purchase. You will be able to choose whether you would like to exchange the product, repair the product or a refund.
The warranty will be granted once we have received the manufacturing defect product, which can be picked up at your location or mailed out to our office free of charge, being gone through a technical analysis from our customer service department, assuring a manufacturing defect indeed took place.
A refund will be made within 48 hours directly to a bank account provided by the customer.
