Can I exchange a product?
Exchange due to dissatisfaction with the product before 10 days:
If the purchased item fails to fulfill your expectations and you would like to return or exchange it, you may do so before the 10 working day period, starting from the arrival date of the product at your address (following the Consumer Protection Law, art. 3rd Bis).
Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the intructions on how to proceed.

If you wish to retire your order from our warehouse located in Pudahuel, Santiago, you must write us at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate the deliver.
As a general rule, every order will be delivered on the next working day from the purchase (completed payment).
The delivery time depends on the city where the package must be shipped from the moment the purchase is completed:
- In Santiago (Maximum 48 working hours)
- Regions of Antofagasta, Tarapacá, Arica and Parinacota (Maximum of 4 working days)
- Regions of Valparaiso, Coquimbo and Atacama (Maximum of 3 working days)
- Regions of O’Higgins, Maule, Bío Bío (Maximum of 3 working days)
- Regions of Araucanía, Los Ríos ans Loa Lagos (Maximum of 3 working days)
- Regions of Aysén and Magallanes (Maximum of 4 working days)
We deliver to all of Chile with the following currier services
